 Kings XI Punjab captain Ravichandran Ashwin has been fined after retaining the slow over-rate during the match of his VIVO Indian Premier League (IPL) 2019 against the Delhi capitals in Delhi on April 20, 2019.

 As it was the first offense of Season's offense under the IPL Code of Conduct for his team, Mr. Ashwin was fined 12 lakh rupees related to minimum over-rate offenses.
